Common questions

How do I add an item?

Tap the + button and take a photo of the item. Nestory suggests what it is, and you can confirm or edit the details.

Why didn't Nestory find my manual?

Manual search looks for the manufacturer's official manual using the brand and model. Double-check both are correct, or scan your paper manual instead from the item's Manual section.

Why am I not getting reminders?

Make sure notifications for Nestory are turned on in your phone's Settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, tap Account at the top of your home screen, then Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it, including homes, items, photos, and manuals. If you can't sign in, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
